1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, placing a booking, or otherwise using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services

RELiVE 24|7 is a healthcare aggregator platform that:

• Facilitates the booking of diagnostic lab tests and health packages at NABL/ISO accredited partner laboratories.
• Coordinates home sample collection by certified phlebotomists.
• Delivers digital lab reports via email, app, and SMS.
• Provides AI-assisted interpretation of lab reports for informational purposes.
• Connects users with partner hospitals, pharmacies, and home care service providers.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place bookings.
• Bookings for minors must be placed by a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or booking.
• Our services are currently available only within India in serviceable pincodes.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@relive247.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts may be merged or deleted.

5. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability of services in your pincode.
• Prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payments must be made through our approved payment gateways. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and a confirmation SMS/email is received.
• In case of payment failure, no amount will be debited. If debited, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
• We reserve the right to revise prices at any time. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price paid.

6. Sample Collection

• Our phlebotomist will arrive within the booked time slot (typically within 60 minutes of the slot start time).
• You must be present (or a responsible adult must be present for a minor) at the specified address during the slot.
• You must follow any pre-test instructions (fasting, medication pauses, etc.) provided at the time of booking. RELiVE 24|7 is not liable for incorrect results due to non-compliance with pre-test instructions.
• If our phlebotomist is unable to collect the sample due to your non-availability, the booking may be treated as a missed appointment. Rescheduling charges may apply.
• All phlebotomists carry identity proof and are trained and certified. You may request to verify credentials before allowing sample collection.

7. Reports & Results

• Estimated report delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the specific test and partner laboratory.
• Reports are delivered digitally. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by you.
• AI-assisted interpretation is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute a medical diagnosis.
• RELiVE 24|7 acts as a facilitator. The accuracy and quality of lab results are the responsibility of the partner laboratory.
• In case of disputed or erroneous results, we will coordinate with the laboratory for a re-test at no additional charge, subject to investigation.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellations, rescheduling, and refund timelines.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
• Provide false or misleading information about yourself or a patient.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or damage our platform or servers.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of our platform without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use our platform to transmit spam, malware, or offensive content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including RELiVE 24|7 staff.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, or both.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the RELiVE 24|7 platform — including logos, design, text, graphics, software, and AI models — is the exclusive property of RELiVE247 Healthcare Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Lab reports generated for you are your personal health records. You retain ownership of your health data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RELiVE 24|7 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of results produced by our partner laboratories, though we will assist in dispute resolution.
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana, India.
