At RELiVE 24|7, we strive to make every booking seamless and stress-free. If something doesn't go as planned, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and quick. Please read this policy carefully before placing a booking.

1. Cancellation by You

You may cancel your booking before the sample collection appointment. The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel:

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once for free if done more than 4 hours before the original slot.
Rescheduling within 4 hours of the slot is subject to availability and a ₹50 convenience fee.
Rescheduling is allowed up to a maximum of 2 times per booking. If rescheduled a third time, the booking may be cancelled with a 50% refund.
